
One Mile at a Time with Lyft
Lyft is a popular ride-hailing app that also provides motorized scooters, and bikes across the US and Canada.
We partnered with the Lyft growth team to acquire and activate new riders on the platform through campaigns that drove traffic to Google Play and Apple App stores to download the app.


GROWTH DURING COVID
We were challenged during our time working with Lyft’s growth and brand teams to continue our testing through the early months of COVID-19 shelter in place orders for San Francisco, making it a unique time to create ads for riders and drivers.
Our messaging was focused on safety, providing for our communities in need, and taking things “one mile at a time.”

INCREMENTALITY TESTING
With a dedicated growth strategist at Ready State for Lyft, we were able to test various creative assets—from static to video, illustration to animation—to gain insights on what creative performed better.
Together, working with Lyft’s growth team, we were able to see a significant reduction in costs-per-acquisition on our champion creative ads, reducing costs by as much as 66% in some cases when compared with other assets in the testing group.
